Outrage: FEMA Awards Fire Prevention Grant to ACORN

Urge you to contact FEMA (1-866-274-0960, or via email at firegrants@dhs.gov).  Ask them why they gave this grant to ACORN, then blast what they said in your blog, and other media.
Background from BigGovernment.com  report:  on September 4th, FEMA handed over $1 million to the ACORN Institute, an ACORN affiliate in New Orleans. The grant is for “fire prevention.” You can find the grant here. Virtually every other organization receiving “fire prevention” grants is a fire deparment or medical facility.

Clearly, someone at FEMA is a player in Acorn's Criminal Enterprise.    No taxpayer dollars should be given to it or any of it's 300+ affiliates ... especially in light of particularly eye-opening background at "Is ACORN Intentionally Structured As a Criminal Enterprise?",  Staff Report U.S. House of Representatives 111th Congress, Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, July 23, 2009.
